Cahoot Technologies reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy. Violators may face immediate account suspension or termination without a refund, along with further penalties.

Hacking and Security:

Unauthorized access to computers or networks ("hacking") is illegal and carries civil and criminal penalties under applicable laws.

Malicious Activities:

Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or engaging in other destructive activities, including hacking, can result in serious legal liabilities.

Resource Usage:

We provide generous space and transfer limits in good faith to allow you to build your websites without concern for exceeding traffic quotas. However, using these resources in a manner unintended for typical website operation is prohibited. To ensure fair service for all clients, Cahoot Technologies reserves the right to take necessary actions, including canceling or removing websites that misuse unlimited storage or traffic plans. Our decision regarding policy violations and resource misuse is final.

Our Role and Your Responsibility:

The primary responsibility for avoiding harmful online activities rests with you, the client. We do not typically monitor client communications. However, upon becoming aware of harmful content, we may take appropriate action, including removing violating information, implementing blocking software, or terminating your services.

We understand that some clients are also hosting providers. While we don't require them to monitor their clients' content, clients who knowingly transmit illegal or policy-violating material are themselves in violation of our policies.

Communication Security and Privacy:

As a precaution, please be aware that online communications may not be secure. We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted through our facilities. However, we will fully comply with all applicable laws regarding the privacy of your online communications. We will not intentionally monitor or disclose your private electronic messages unless legally required. We may monitor our service electronically to ensure proper operation.

Content Responsibility:

We provide services for your website, application, or other agreed-upon services. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or the content you upload or use.

Indemnification:

By agreeing to our Services Agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage resulting from your violation of the Services Agreement, any applicable laws, or our corporate policies. This includes paying any damages awarded against us, as well as associated costs and legal fees.

Server Integrity:

Any attempt to undermine or harm our servers or other clients' online presence is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. Violations may also result in legal action or service charges. We reserve the right to discontinue service at any time, without notice, for policy violations.
